Credit for one workday will be granted to the donor for any item donated which receives a winning final bid of $25 or more. This applies to all members, not just Bash ticket holders.

To donate an item simply email events@summerbash.org and include a brief description of the item to be donated, your name and your telephone and email address. This will reserve a space for you, allow us to anticipate items for auction, and enable us to communicate with you if necessary about delivery arrangements, etc.

To deliver an item for the auction you can (1) arrange with a Club officer to have it stored at the Clubhouse, (2) arrange to store it at Jay Adams’ office at Peoples Bank Plaza off route 127 in Hickory – call 828-323-9100, or (3) bring it to the clubhouse the day of the Bash.

Charitable donation receipts will be available to item donors at the auction.
