INSTRUCTIONS
You can sign up for any event at the Sportsmen’s Festival by sending an email to:
Include in the email your name, the event(s) you wish to register for, your ticket number, your telephone and email address. If you do not have access to email you may call Jay Adams at 828-323-9100 and leave a message.
If you register for multiple events we will schedule slots which avoid conflicts whenever possible. Sign up early or slots may not be available for each of the events in which you would like to participate.
We will periodically update the schedule for each event and post it on this web site for your review and handy reference.
Please note the time slot you have been assigned.
If you need to cancel out of an event for which you have already registered, please email us promptly at the above address so that we may re-assign your slot. This is a courtesy to your fellow members and may allow someone to shoot who would not otherwise have the chance.
Remember, a ticket holder can sign up for any or all of the events at no charge other than the price of your original ticket. This is a Great Value! Normally, a shooter would have to pay for clay targets, etc.
