The Summer Bash & Sportsman’s Festival will be held on the Summer Solstice – the longest day of the year.
We will fill that day with competitions for prize money and trophies, and wrap it up with dinner, the Silent Auction and the Big Drawing.
Ticket holders are automatically entered for the cash prizes and are eligible to shoot in the CMP, Skeet, Wobble Trap, Sporting Clays, and Egg Shoot events. Each event will have time slots so that participants can compete in multiple events. Ticket holders and guests are also entitled to meals.
Shooting slots are limited, so be sure to sign up for each one in advance.
All events are Match Format: you will shoot once for score at the Festival. There will be no opportunity for practice on the day of the Festival, so sign up early and practice in the weeks prior to the event.
Trophies and cash prizes will be given to shooting event winners (separate from the Big Drawing).
The person who buys the ticket is the one who is eligible for the events and drawings. Please don’t "share" your ticket with someone else.
Bidding in the Silent Auction will begin at 3:30 pm at the clubhouse and will end promptly at 6:00 pm.
As an extra bonus, credit for one workday will be granted to the donor for any item donated that receives a winning final bid of $25 or more. This applies to all members, not just Bash ticket holders. So please arrange to donate an item.
Charitable donation receipts will be available to item donors at the auction.
A ticket holder can sign up for any or all of the events at no charge other than the price of your original ticket. Normally, a shooter would have to pay for clay targets, etc.
Awards and cash prizes will be given to event winners.
Each ticket holder and guest gets free meals.
Everyone can participate in the Silent Auction.
Best of all, each ticket holder is eligible for the Big Drawing for one of 16 cash prizes totaling $16,000.
You do not have to be present to win.
Ticket sales are limited to 400, so your chances are excellent! What a great day!
Additional tickets are available ($100 each) while they last from Jay Adams. Call 828-323-9100.
